During their week at MFuge, their speaker will be Jason Young. Jason spends his time equipping influencers through speaking, coaching, and creating co-learning experiences. Some of his clients include Chick-fil-A, LifeChurch.tv, Winshape, and GiANT Impact. Jason also leads the Whiteboard Sessions, a one-day conference to equip church leaders with effective strategy. He regularly blogs and you can even follow him on Twitter.
The Worship Leader for the week will be Finding Favor. Finding Favour is made up of Blake NeeSmith (Lead Vocals, Acoustic), Allen Dukes (Guitar, Vocals), Dustin Daniels (Bass, Vocals), Aaron Tomberlin (Guitar, Keys, Vocals) and Nathan Tomberlin | Drums
Blake found his love for music at an early age traveling with his family singing southern gospel. He always knew that music would be a part of his life but never realized what God truly had in store for him.
Allen grew up in the south in a small church. Taking mission trips with the Church of God, and striving for church leadership, his heart grew to love God's work. Knowing God's plan for him in his teens, he prepared his life for many sacrifices that lay ahead to fulfill God's plan for his life.
Dustin grew up in Chile, South America, where he lived for 13 years as the son of missionaries. After graduating high school in Chile, he then moved back to the United States and started attending the same church as the guys of Finding Favour.
Aaron has grown up in the church his entire life. As a son of a Church of God pastor, Aaron grew to love the church and lead worship from a very young age. He began teaching worship and music lessons in his early 20's at his local church and personal studio. In January of 2009, he developed and launched his free guitar lesson website, AaronsGuitarLessons.com, based heavily on Christian lessons and worship.
Nathan, brother to Aaron Tomberlin, also grew to love music in the church at the young age of 7 year years old when he began to play drums. Shortly after attending Lee University, he jumped on his first tour with Finding Favour. After the tour he decided to join Finding Favour to pursue his calling into music ministry.
